Delivery Areas
GreenRoots Pet Supplies currently delivers to all areas within the United Arab Emirates, with priority service to Dubai and surrounding emirates.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over AED 200. For orders under AED 200, a flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies.
Delivery Timeframes
- Dubai: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM, or next-day delivery for orders placed after 12 PM.
- Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman: 1-2 business days
- Other Emirates: 2-3 business days
Express Delivery
Need your pet supplies urgently? We offer express delivery options for an additional fee:
- Dubai Express: 3-hour delivery window (AED 30 additional fee)
- Next-Day Express to Other Emirates: Guaranteed next-day delivery (AED 40 additional fee)
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status by entering this number on our website or through our delivery partner's tracking portal.
Delivery Instructions
You can add specific delivery instructions during checkout. This might include gate codes, building access information, or preferred delivery times.
Contactless Delivery
We offer contactless delivery options. Our delivery personnel will leave your package at your door, take a photo as proof of delivery, and notify you via SMS or call.
Delivery Restrictions
Please note that certain items, particularly large aquariums or heavy pet furniture, may have special delivery requirements or additional delivery fees. These will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to customers within the United Arab Emirates.
